This huge upgrade to Heritage Park would not be possible but being becoming an recipient of the Investing in Canada Program : COVID-19 Resilience Stream. This allowed us to place 1,310 feet of winding pathway with lighting, picnic tables, benches, outdoor BBQ grills. The parking, pathway and a picnic table for wheelchair accessibility. This space is in proximity to the paddling pool and Heritage Park playground. These additions, is a place to absorb the beauty of the park, the serene, scenic setting of a joyful community at play, while enjoying a picnic under the tall trees. Or just enjoy the long, winding pathway, bring a book and enjoy sitting on the many benches situated along this trail.
